INSTALL/DISMANTLE

If you own an exhibit or are planning to purchase one, you will need to arrange for the installation and dismantle of your booth. IJE is ready to provide you with the best labor and on-site personnel from move-in to move-out. Our professionally trained carpenters have experience with all brands of displays and will ensure a successful show.

CUSTOM FURNISHING

Custom furnishings will give your exhibit that polished look. Events can provide you with an extensive variety of chairs, conference tables, desks, file cabinets, sofas, loveseats and accessories for short or long term rental. All specialty items will be delivered to your booth and picked up at the close of show with no material handing charges incurred by you.

MATERIALS/FRIEGHT HANDLING

 

Guarantee the arrival of your exhibit materials to your booth by taking advantage of our drayage services. IJE will store your materials up to thirty days prior to the show in our spacious storage facility. We will then transport the materials to the show site and deliver them directly to your booth. For your convenience, we will store your empty containers during the show and return them to your booth for dismantle. Finally, we will load your materials for outbound shipping. During the show, IJE will also provide the necessary equipment for handling your materials to ensure a smooth event.
