Jonathan K. Nazeer is the visionary and leadership of the company’s overall success. A native North Carolinian, he was born into the family catering business and learned the industry from the ground up. After several years in Corporate America, Mr. Nazeer created a firm that is focused on creating extraordinary events with tangible returns to its clients. He serves on several Advisory and Executive boards within the community such as the Charlotte Chamber, and other civic organizations.

Director of Event Operations

Kimberly Delaney is the logistics and management leadership for the expositions operations. A native of East Tennessee, and a graduate of East Tennessee State, she is a creative, and marketing innovator. She has served in several key positions in both Marketing and Media before joining IJE. She has worked as an Event Planner in both Corporate and Collegiate levels with a keen eye for detail.
